Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal / Auto Accident Division

We seek an energetic and driven Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Paralegal for our growing Auto Accident Personal Injury Division. This role requires previous experience in handling auto accident cases in volume. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team of personal injury department members.

• Workup client claims from intake through settlement
• Prepare and complete written discovery - both traditional written discovery and Plaintiff Profile forms – following documented processes and procedures
• Review medical records and thoroughly vet claims
• Provide excellent customer service and regularly communicate with clients throughout all stages of their claim workup
• Draft complaints, motions, and e-File documents with the court
• File cases in federal jurisdictions in Texas and other states
• Conduct research to support a legal proceeding
• Assist attorneys with special projects
• Document, in detail and with accuracy, all information in our case management software database

• 2 years’ car accident paralegal experience required; 4+ years’ experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
• A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a team environment

Pay:

$24.00 - $35.00 per hour
